		<description>I had this situation during my pregnancies where the baby was facing the front instead of the back. 

What I did was go on fours whenever possible..... for instance I would read on all fours, on my bed with pillows propped under my chest and chin. While vacuuming the carpet, I would be doing it on my hands and feet.  

You get the idea..... just get into the all fours position whenever you can!</description>
