Eumora or Coppertone Gone Ugly? Part 1.

In: It Sucks|Just a Girl|My Reviews

I wonder if I jinxed myself because I said that after using my 1st Eumora Bar, I had no unusual breakouts. Because since Saturday itself, my face are clustered with itchy semi-inflamed tiny bumps. And today, more has sprouted — filling almost everywhere! — and leaving me very itchy “sand-like” face.

Who could the Culprit be?

Coppertone Oil Free Sunscreen Lotion Faces 30SPF Eumora

I started using the Eumora Bar since April, and Coppertone Faces only last Thursday. So I should suspect the latter since it’s a new product that I’m applying to my face. But I’ve stopped using it since yesterday, so shouldn’t my face be better? Not worst :(

We actually suspected that I got bitten by bed bugs during slumber. I’ve overturned our bedroom — cleaning, vacuuming, change the sheets, air our pillows and even put the quilts into the dryer to kill the bugs. Again to no avail…

With a cleaner sleeping environment and no more foreign products on my face, I hope my poor face would get well soon *sobs* *fingers crossed*

Last night I finally went to the Doctor because the itchy bumps has invaded my entire face! I was prescribed with allergy and itchy medications. True enough, Eumora could be the final culprit. I shall find out once my face is cured from all spots!

Hi there.. just wanted to share my experience with Eumora.. was really bad..

my skin did not have pimples but i just wanted to tighten the pores.. but it made my skin really really dry and made it so tight that it was even painful to smile. after 3 weeks my skin started to become oily due to it compensating for the dryness… and then the nightmare started.. my skin started to sprout pimples like crazy.

my skin was so dry to the extent that people were innocently asking what are those lines underneath my eyes (my wrinkles were horrifically prominent to the extent people didn’t know they were wrinkles but “lines” under the eyes)

for 3-4 weeks usage, the repairs were also costly (had to buy anti pimple and extra moisturising creams) and the healing took about 6-8 weeks. I’m so against Eumora. it might be effective against pimple prone skin but I hate the fact they market it as an answer to all skin problems.. and suitable for all skin types.

The price is too high and I only see tiny black flecks of the black mud.. I suspect 95% is chemicals and only 5% is the natural stuff.

Hi Lauryn

Thanks for sharing. I guess the bar is really not for everyone. No doubt others have used it and miracles did happen for them, but for us who didn’t and made our face worst, we ought to blog about it so others will know. Before I decided to buy the bar, I did research online but I found all good words only. Hence I fell into the trap as well. The 2 weeks of sandy-itchy-face was really scary and I don’t think I want to go down that road ever again!
