the melodramatic mouse is now mellomom

30 May 2009Are these old news?
I’m about 3 years late since its first release. I bet plenty of preteens out there still have these posters on their bedroom wall. Given two decades back, I might just too. But today, I am sadly no longer the target.

My Verdict:
Back in 2006, this was a big hit. It was Disney’s most successful Original Movie then.
So is it fair that I only give it a 2 star? I suspect it’s because I’m watching it 3 years late *lol*
Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens looked awkward. Some of the songs were ok, but I preferred the duets. Although not all were originally sung by Efron but blended in with Andrew Seely’s voice.

My Verdict:
The acting improved and the songs were better. But I think the story could have been better.

My Verdict:
I enjoyed this the most! Maybe because it is more recent? There’s definitely a lot of improvements compared to the first and second.
The songs are way catchier and there are a lot more dance variations. The story also ends very well. I wouldn’t mind watching this again.
It’s like what they say, Third time is the Charm!

So how about the Forth?

Efron and Hudgens would not be starring though.
I must confess that before I watched any of the HSM sequels, I wasn’t very fond of Efron. I wonder why *hmmm* But now that I have, has my impression of him changed?…
I wasn’t a fan then, so would I be now?
