the melodramatic mouse attempts to blog
As much as I heart Hyun Joong? *hmmm*

The first time I was introduced to this “zesty” side dish was a good 12 years ago. My sister was back for summer break and craved the dish? So she bought some by weigh at Jusco One Utama. I’m not too sure the price — or understand why — but for a small box of spicy cabbage, it cost way too much. And for my first bite, I hated it!
Yet today, I am Declaring my love for this fermented bliss *heart* During Lent, I bought a big tub — weighing ≥ 3kg at RM25 — from the nearby Korean Town opposite Ampang Point.
I had it sparingly each time and finally finished everything — almost all by myself because the husband is not a fan — last Friday *burp* *LOL*
I enjoy eating it as a side dish with rice, boil it as soup with seafood or simply with just toufu, and turning it into soup base for my noodles *yums* Thinking of it now makes me want to run out for more!
Are you a fan too?

If not for “Kim-Chi”…
How about for “Kim-Hyun” Joong?

If you are not a fan of either,
why not start today? ♥
