Average weight gain about ~13kg
I am 4 weeks shy of being full term and already I am so far off the weight guideline. No matter how I move the numbers around, it is still all me. At 33 weeks, I am in so much trouble *sweats*
Looking back at my records, I’ve gained those average 13kg around 20 week and I’m not even binge eating. During my pregnancy with Nate, the total weight gain was an alarming 17kg and now I’ve already topped that. I cannot begin to imagine how much more kilos I will be packing until LBT’s birthday.
It took me half a year to loose those “baby fats” previously. How long would it be this time? Hopefully Tanamera’s Postnatal Care Set and massage will help! *fingers crossed*
