Postnatal that cares for my Prenatal too

Out of the 11 goodies from the Tanamera Postnatal Care Set, 4 of these can already be used now while I’m still pregnant until long after confinement. Although the box says post-natal, I don’t have to wait till after LBT is born to begin pampering. The care begins much earlier, if possible
Product 1/11: Brown Formulation Soap
Made from a combination of herbs (turmeric, wild ginger & cinnamon) and grains to produce a gritty surface, this wonder bar helps remove dead skin cells and improves the skin’s blood circulation.
I’m using this on my crackled heels — later massage a thin layer of VCO for added moisture — soul, knees and folds. After using it for a few days, I must say it is far more effective than using a pumice stone and Rosken Skin Repair *yay*
Product 2/11: Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil
At 34 weeks, we can begin using VCO to massage our perineum twice daily to minimise tearing and need for episiotomy during labour. I just started recently so hopefully I’m not too far behind. I had an episiotomy previously *OUCH* and have every intention of avoiding it this time.
Consuming VCO at regular intervals during 1st and 2nd Stage Labour also helps aids a smoother delivery. Not forgetting that by splashing a generous amount of VCO on the perineum area is an added bonus too. Just imagine the baby sliding out *woohoo*
Besides caring for the privates *ahem* I’m applying a drop every night on my cheeks — pregnancy hormones drying me up — to keep me moisturised. Top and bottom well taken care of

You don’t have to be pregnant to enjoy the benefits of VCO. If you aren’t already a convert, it’s never too late to start now!
Product 3/11: Lavender Floral Water
More often than not, I’m used to adding a touch of perfume before leaving the house. Now that I am pregnant, this natural lavender water is a better alternative compared to the artificially made fragrance. Say no to chemicals!
This is also an excellent skin toner that gently cleanses and hydrates our skin. I spray it over my face — hold 6inches away — after cleansing for a refreshing finish.
Lavender is well known for its calming properties, so stress no more!

Product 4/11: Herbal Massage Oil
A massage is a pamper anytime. Don’t you agree? It is godsent for any expecting Mommies after a long day of carrying the “excess” baggages *heh*
This natural oil is infused with tropical herbs to stimulates blood circulation, promotes the release of water retention and flatulence.
I got the husband to help massage my growing puffy feet and so far it’s doing wonders *fingers crossed*
I can’t wait for the Urut Lady to use this for my postnatal massage *heaven*
Have I tickled your fancy to bag yourself a box of this goodie too? Fuss free and postage free, why not! Grab a box here. It’s never a better time — excuses aside, this is a real need — to pamper and care for our body more when we’re expecting and after delivery
I’ve also ordered Tanamera’s Postnatal Care & Massage services. I reckoned it would be better compared to the Urut Lady (Yati) I used during my 1st pregnancy. Why? Reviews coming up in Part 5, after my confinement in May!
Coming up in Part 3: Postnatal Care, Product 5-11 & 1-4.
